| Highlead HLK-0504 electronic programmable industrial pattern sewing machine. High speed single needle lockstitch pattern sewing up-to 2500 stitches per minute. The maximum sewing speed is user controllable, in 10 speed steps, from 200 to 2500spm. This Highlead model is fully programmable* and features an internal storage memory and 3.5” disk drive for easy program loading. Patterns can be enlarged up to 200% or reduced to 10%, by using the simplified push button operator control panel. The clamping frame has a high lift of 25mm and securely holds material in place ensuring a consistent feeding action. A central stepping foot securely holds the material around the needle during sewing operations, reducing skip stitching and thread breakage, for improved stitching results. By utilizing the stepping foot and a standard open type clamp; more custom programmes can be sewn without the cost and time of making a new clamp for every programme. The machine can be programmed* with-in a 50x40mm sewing area, with custom patterns up-to 8000 stitches. An optional Mitsubishi programmer device is available and PC software can also be purchased.
