Sheet Hemming & Elasticating Sewing Machine

Sheet hemming & automatic elastic cut & re-entry unit for the manufacture of elasticated fitted bed sheets. 

High speed sewing up-to 600-700 bed sheets per day hemmed and elastic inserted.  Options of elastic inserted all the way round or at 2 ends or in 4 corners.

De-skills the whole operation and increases production

This particular model features a robust German made Durkopp Adler 274 needle feed sewing machine with factory fitted puller device and auto trimmer + German Efka motor electronic control (274 model costs approx. 5K on its own)

Originally our demonstrator & display model in close to new condition with a combined use of less than 12 hours, see photos.
