Q: Is there a charge for the reserve and collect option ?A: No, its a free service to help customers who need an industrial sewing machine quickly. Q: Once I reserve, can I cancel my reservation ?A: Yes, if you change your mind please ring us and we will cancel your reservation. Reserve and collect is subject to stock availability and pre-arranged collection before 4pm week days during normal opening times. The latest time to reserve for same day collection is 2:30pm. Reservations made after 2:30pm may be available for collection on the next working day. Reserve and collect is only available by phone or in person.
