Durkopp Adler 274 140342 needle feed sewing machine with factory fitted puller feed device (combined bottom feed, needle feed and top puller feed).

Pre-owned machine in excellent close to new condition - see photos - estimated combined use of a few days.   

Auto thread trimmer, auto foot lifter, auto reverse, under arm switches & table top stitch count control panel.

Air operated auto puller feed lifter fitted (you can also use the hand operated manual lever to lift/disengage the top puller feed device)
